Recently, the Chinese Style·Celebrity’s Fan Paintings Exhibition has opened at the Dushan Arts Center, Nan’an District. The exhibition features over 100 works by fan painting celebrities from Sichuan and Chongqing. Many subjects are featured on the fans: landscapes, birds and flowers, portraits and calligraphy. Fan painting is a traditional Chinese art form with a long history, and this exhibtion features excellent examples from great artists. (CQNEWS)
