The Chongqing Commission of Commerce has announced that the Ninth Chongqing Hotpot Festival will be held on November 9 - 12 at Jinyuan Times Shopping Mall in Jiangbei District. The Festival will attract over sixty local hotpot brands, merchants for some 300 hotpot ingredients, and thousands of masters, food experts, cultural scholars and employees who are engaged in the Chinese hotpot industry. This year, the exhibition area for the hotpot festival is nearly 50,000 square meters, and there will be seven prizes awarded. (CQNEWS)
