CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The 2018 Yuelai Eco-run is to start at 9:30 on December 8. Nothing is more pleasurable than running on an avenue along the river in the warm winter sunshine. The medal, awarded to anyone who finishes the race, is also revealed recently.

A gorgeous medal revealed

The precious medal for people who finish the race, longed for by many of the runners, is revealed officially.

This year the event committee invited a professional team to design the medal, which is the most gorgeous one compared with that of the past events. The medal is mainly a depiction of two runners, a man and a woman, sprinting towards their finishing line. Ribbons in the design is a metaphor for the runner’s swinging cape or hair, bringing a sense of dynamism and vigor. And in terms of its color, the medal, painted golden, is a highlight of the eco-run event.

According to head of the event committee, every medal is an epitome of the feature and culture of the event, and through the creative work of the designers, they hope that the participants are able to recall the unique race whenever they hold the exquisite medal in their hands.
