CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- 5 demonstration lines for new energy public buses in Chongqing have been rolled out in the first half of 2013, and 866 energy-saving & new energy buses in accumulation will be promoted in the coming year, according to Chongqing Science & Technology Commission on August 30, 2013.

For the first half of this year, Chongqing also promoted 300 buses in other fields such as postal service, logistics and municipal administration. Over 86 Chongqing made buses are also sold to public traffic systems in Guiyang, Deyang and Zunyi.

Chang’an E30 pure electric car, manufactured in Chongqing have also been used as taxis in Fangshan District, Beijing.
