CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Jiangbei District will forge a micro-enterprise incubation park in Gangcheng Industrial Zone. The park is located in the No. 2 Building of Jufeng Tower, with a office space of 6,000m², and has so far signed contracts with 30 micro-enterprises.

In order to attract more enterprises, the park introduced the preferential policy of rent-free in the 1st year, while in the 2nd and 3rd years; rent will merely be 10 and 15 yuan/m2 respectively. The settled enterprises may also enjoy such value-adding services in business attraction and human resources.
