Overseas Chinese Town Group, the creator of a series of top theme parks in China, signed an agreement with Lijia business area, Chongqing New North Zone on June 3.

The agreement vows to build the city’s largest international leisure and recreation project in the area with a total investment of over 5 billion yuan.

Specifically, it will build 4 parks, 1 riverside leisure zone and 5 entertainment education centers, including the well-known Happy Valley theme park, which is expected to attract 3 million visitors each year after the opening in 2017.
