Robert J. Shiller, a 2013 Nobel laureate in economics and Professor of Economics at Yale University, delivered a speech at Chongqing University recently.

His speech, themed on "financial innovation and benign society", explained a couple of profound issues in simple language, such as financial reform and innovation, the application of information technology and government regulation, amongst others.
