A whole host of local Chongqing residents have visited the Chongqing Independent Tourist Service Centre for tourism consultations in recent days, according to news released by the centre on 9th July.

Most of the senior citizens are interested in rural tourism. "We are planning for a five-day trip in Chongqing's countryside," said a senior citizen at the centre.
