On 11th July, Mulatu Teshome, president of Ethiopia, met a business delegation from Chongqing while attending the 2014 Eco-Forum Global Annual Conference in Guiyang, Guizhou Province.

According to an agreement signed between Chongqing and Ethiopia in June this year, a total of nine private companies in Chongqing will invest in three projects in the African country, including an industrial park in Addis Ababa, affordable housing and a five-star hotel under the African Union Headquarters.
