On 25th August, Chongqing's first recorded tripe hot pot restaurant 'Bailetian' was officially reopened at Jiaochangkou after having been rebuilt by a group of hot pot enthusiasts.

In 1921, the first tripe hot pot restaurant 'Bailetian' was established, located at the Jiaochangba (Today's Jiaochangkou), but later destroyed by Japanese bombing during the Sino-Japanese War.
