Chongqing recently released an announcement of the ban on fireworks during the upcoming Spring Festival. According to the announcement, igniting fireworks will be allowed at limited areas from 7:00 am to 1:00 am on the next early morning of February 18th to March 5th.

The announcement makes clear for the first time that all sales outlets and people must stop selling and igniting fireworks if it is severely polluted. (CQNEWS)
