A magic satellite composed by Chongqing’s streetscape and sky

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- A collection of photographic works with the theme of “Viewing Chongqing from A Different Angle • 2013 Chongqing Global Village”• has made the rounds on the internet. “How magic is Chongqing”, exclaimed those “netizens” who viewed the collection.

The work consist of 16 pictures, with the major hue of ardent red or quiet blue. They display various magic visual effect actually composed of the streetscape and skyline of Chongqing. In one of the pictures, high-rise blocks even make up a beautiful butterfly.

Tang Anbing, the 21-year-old photographer, is a junior from Chongqing City Management College, majoring in photography & camera shooting technology.

It was introduced by Tang that the first step is to collect raw materials for the panoramic photography from 360 degrees, then to collage the photographed raw materials with computer software into a long strip just like the film, and finally to join the long strips as the 360-degree panoramic pictures.

Over 2 years, Tang has collected about 2,000 pictures as raw materials, and the 16 pictures of 2013 Chongqing Global Village were made there from.

Most of the 16 pictures took in scenes of Yuzhong Peninsula and partly in the College Town.

At the end of 2013, Tang will have his individual photo exhibition and the works with the theme “2013 Chongqing Global Village” will be the highlight. (Translated by Chen Siyan, Fathom Language Limited)
